With over 20 years of professional training and experience, Annie continues teaching in NYC and virtually across the US. Influenced by her professional dance background rooted in discipline, solid technique, and strong work ethic, Annie values movement with integrity and fitness modalities based in science. Annie’s expertise in movement and positive energy creates a safe environment for clients to learn, train and challenge themselves. With her exceptional attention to detail and anatomy she gives clients’ clear verbal, visual and touch cues (based on client’s comfort level) to enhance their physical awareness and improve their fitness. Her class is strongly rooted in Pilates, functional movement and fitness with a yoga influence to develop and maintain a strong core, full body strength, mobility, flexibility, stability, and a muscularly balanced body.


Annie prioritizes her own self-practice and continued education, staying current in present training techniques to consistently inspire her work and clients.
