MDRNYGA - A Mexico Retreat
with Annie Parr
Led by Annie Parr
March 5th-10th
Hosted at El Campo, Pescadero Baja, 1 hour north of Cabo San Lucas on the Pacific side. The training includes beach walks and relaxing pool time, and delicious food, immersed in art, yoga, dance and the Baja lifestyle.
In addition to twice daily movement practices, we will have plenty of time to rest and play. We will enjoy the beaches and nature of Baja, eat really delicious and healthy food, see the town of Todos Santos and have time for creative art time in the El Campo Art Vivero.
Annie brings her lifelong investigation of authentic movement and dance to vinyasa through her practice The Field. These modalities, MDRNYGA and SHIFT includes movement research, musicality and the integration of contemporary technique with yoga off the mat. Annie’s postmodern connection to the floor and motion research are a unique intersection of dance art and Vinyasa. MDRNYGA will open up one's approach to unwinding the spine, transitions and musicality. SHIFT, investigates authentic ways to connect the mind to the body through active meditation, music and play.
