The Evolution of Yoga

A 200 Hour Immersion into the Practice

Led by Senior Prema Faculty

With Amanda Harding, Bobbie Marchand, Aimee Cox, Maria Cutrona, Will Duncan, Kaustubha Das, Annie Piper, Ruah Bhay, Elaine O’Brien & more…

When: October 2025-June 2026

1 weekend per month Plus 2 weekday evenings per month

What does it mean to be a practitioner/teacher of yoga today?

Join us on a path of deep inquiry, curiosity, and transformation. We understand yoga to be a moving, breathing, ever evolving practice that, while maintaining tradition, can expand outside boundaries and dogma.

This is a 9 month training that values inquisition, conversation and expression. We are deliberately spacing the weekends out so that assimilation, accountability and life can be accommodated.

'When I signed up for Prema's Teacher Training I really just hoped to deepen my practice and my understanding of yoga. But what I walked away with was so much more – a real insight into myself, a deeper connection to my community, incredible support and encouragement from my teachers, a stronger self-practice, and the confidence to start teaching.

I am beyond grateful to Amanda for curating this very well-rounded program – a perfect combination of asana, anatomy, philosophy and service.”

~ Alessandra Olanow

“To each class Amanda brings grace with challenge, laughter with ease, song and poetry, and the humility of the eternal student. She is beautiful, wise and loving and I am honored to call her my teacher. And the teacher training program, comprehensive, thorough and DEEP.”

~ Fran Dirks

“Prema teachers are truly brilliant, generous teachers and I could not have chosen better guides through Prema's challenging, enlightening, exhilarating teacher training program. Their years of teaching experience provide invaluable insight and perspective that is reflective of their unique, thoughtful and creative teaching styles. I am so grateful for the wonderful friendships I found in this process-- and for whole learning experience at Prema, that encouraged me to dig deep and embrace my own voice as a teacher."

~ Mackenzie Stroh
