Gayle brings 25 years of experience as a birth doula, childbirth educator and prenatal yoga teacher. She attends births monthly as a labor support doula and teaches regular breath + body + baby-centered prenatal + postpartum movement classes. She possesses a holistic and intuitive understanding of pregnancy, labor and birth, and is eager to share her practical insights and wisdom with expectant people.
This class is designed for first-time parents or for those who want to update their knowledge with a fresh approach as they await their second–or fourth–births. What we’ll cover in this 3-hour hybrid class is true to the title.
